As a life-long resident of Dorchester, the community has shaped every aspect of my life; how I view and interact in society; the topics I choose to focus on in my documentary work and on-stage. I believe that young people growing up in Dorchester today need to see art and beauty in their neighborhoods to inspire them and shape their lives as mine was as a child many years ago.
